We do not make a profit on our postage and try to keep it as low as possible. We offer two delivery options: Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24. The delivery fee for Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.79, and this option is available for orders up to 5kg in weight. If your order exceeds this weight, we may, at our discretion, use an alternative courier. Royal Mail aims to deliver these orders within 2 to 3 working days.

To receive your order sooner, you can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a fee of £4.99. Royal Mail aims to deliver these orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not when you place your order. If your order is over 5kg, we may also employ an alternative carrier to keep costs low, however, it will still utilize the same 1-2 day service.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and updates by email as well as text. You can track your order using the Royal Mail App or carrier website. All delivery times stated are from dispatch, not from when you placed your order.

We accept payment via PayPal, as well as all major debit and credit cards, which are securely processed through our payment processor, Stripe. We also accept Clearpay and Klarna. With Clearpay, you can spread your payments over 4 installments, and with Klarna, you can pay within 30 days.

 

No, we include a packing slip with no prices, this just contains a list of items in your order.

We would recommend consuming them within 8 weeks to ensure the best taste, however, if they are stored in a cool and dry place, they can last up to 6 months. All our Pick and Mix pouches will arrive in a heat-sealed bag and are resealable with a zip lock.

While we make every effort to remove sweets that go out of stock as soon as possible, occasionally they may become unavailable before we prepare your order. If this occurs, we will double up on one of your previous selections. If two or more of your selections are out of stock, we will contact you before processing your order. You can either receive more of your other selections or choose alternative sweets

You can, but it’s entirely at your own risk. Deliveries during hot weather pose challenges, and we have no control over the storage climate during transit. The chocolates or fudge may arrive not looking their best, and though they might not look as pretty, they will still be safe to eat.

At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 days. For orders placed before 2pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday), we typically dispatch them on the same day. Please note that during busier periods of the year, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 generally arrive within 2-3 working days, while those sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically take 1-2 working days. However, these delivery times are dependent on the carrier, and occasionally, it may take a bit longer to receive your order. We are not able to accept returns on any of our custom-made pick and mix products or personalized items. For all other products, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. All products must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for return. You are responsible for the return postage costs. Please contact us with your name and order number so we can authorize the return.
