How much is delivery?

We do not make a profit on our postage and try to keep it as low as possible. Our standard delivery fee is £3.50 and available for orders up to 2kg in weight, these orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 which Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. You will receive tracking information via email and updates by email as well as text, you will be able to track your order as well by using the Royal Mail App. If your order is over 2kg or you choose the Express delivery option, then your order will be sent with a courier on a 1-2 day service. All orders over £40 will receive free Express delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal as well as all major debit and credit cards which are processed securely using our payment processor Stripe. You can also spread the cost of your order with Clearpay and make 4 interest-free payments payable every 2 weeks.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process all orders with 1-2 days, in most cases we do dispatch most orders made before 1pm Mon-Fri the same day. It may take a little longer to process orders during the busier periods of the year. Orders dispatched using our standard service are usually received within 2-3 working days and with our Express service 1-2 working days. These times are dependant on the carrier and occasionally it may take a little longer to receive your order.

What is your returns policy?

As the items we sell are perishable we are not able to accept returns. If any part of your order is received damaged, then please contact us straight away at hello@sweetsdirect.co.uk with a photo so we can assist you further. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, if any part of your order is received damaged, then we will either replace or refund the damaged items.
