Returns & Refunds

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Sweets Direct, however, occasionally you may need to return an item.

Unfortunately, we do not cover return postage costs, so we recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return. If the product is faulty, you will be reimbursed for your return postage costs or provided with a prepaid label.

We are not able to accept returns on any of our custom-made pick and mix products or personalized items. For all other products, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

All products must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for return.

We are unable to cancel orders once they are prepared and dispatched. If you do wish to cancel your order, please email us at , and we will advise if it is possible to do so.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund.

If any part of your order is received damaged, please contact us immediately at with a supporting photo so we can assist you further. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any part of your order is received damaged, we will either replace or refund the damaged items.
